I'm Chauniece Mouzone, a REALTOR® with LPT Realty serving Columbia, South Carolina, and the surrounding areas. As a South Carolina native, I've always had a special connection to this state. After graduating from the University of South Carolina in 2018 with a degree in Public Health, I decided to make Columbia home, and I've been building my life and career here ever since.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping more than 100 families navigate the real estate process, from finding their first home to making a move into their next chapter. I especially enjoy helping people relocate to the Columbia area, sharing local insight, answering questions, and helping them feel more confident about making a new place home.
